Sleeveless, long waisted dress has two section flared skirt with seams at center back and under deep pleat at left front. Bodice has side sections with left front seam meeting skirt pleat and zipper in left back seam. Neck and armholes are faced and interfaced; skirt is interfaced and has horsehair stiffening in hem. Dress is underlined with organza, left shoulder opening closed with hooks and eyes and skirt pleat trimmed with buttons and simulated buttonholes. Ribbon tie belt is worn over low waistline seam.
