Yoritomo Ryoma was a member of the Mantis Clan. He was overseeing the construction of a break wall for Broken Wave City when a Ningyo tunnel was discovered beneath Kaigen's Island. Ryoma enlisted the aid of Moshi Kameko to investigate the tunnel.
