Joe Regalbuto (born August 24, 1949) is an American actor and director for Wizards of Waverly Place.He has also directed George Lopez, All About the Andersons, and Out of Practise. He is also an actor, having appeared in Ally McBeal, Touched By An Angel, and voiced a character in Family Guy. He was nominated in 1989 for an Emmy for his supporting actor role in Murphy Brown, and was nominated again in 2008 for a TV Land Award for being Broadcaster of the year.
