Stellio Dextera (ステリオ・デクストラ Suterio Dekusutora, 37): Wearing a red scarf, he fell into an ambush by Toru Hojo as part of his plan to finally capture Agito. Dextera was halted by police fire until Agito arrived, fighting him until Sinistra came to his aid. However, Dextera was destroyed by Agito Shining Form's Shining Clash. He was able to spew white acid from his mouth and emit blinding flashes from his eyes.
