The Riggs II is a 6 storey tower block on The Riggs estate in Stevenston, Scotland. It is on of two tower blocks in the town. They were approved in phase 1 of the Central Redevelopment plan for the town and construction began in 1964, with J. Moulds the contractor. Each block contained 10 flats managed by the Scottish Special Housing Association.
