Dear Crabby is a Grouch who appears in Episode 3727 of Sesame Street. She's a famous dispenser of Grouch advice, called in by Telly to help Ruthie be a fill-in Grouch for Oscar. She also leaves a copy of her worst-selling book, Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Grouches, But Were Afraid To Ask Because Grouches Don't Like to Answer Questions. As the name implies, she's a parody of advice columnist Dear Abby.
