The Singapore Armed Forces Good Service Medal is awarded to a regular member of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) who has completed 5 years of continuous service. The medal may be awarded to NSmen who have served 2 years of full-time service as National Service Full-time (NSF) and 3 high-key In-Camp Training (ICT) served as NSmen. Eligibility is also based on an individual's attitude towards National Service, job performance and contributions to the SAF.
