Gertrude Verbanski is the founder and CEO of Verbanski Corporation, serving as a rivalry to Chuck Bartowski's Carmichael Industries. She is portrayed by Carrie-Anne Moss of Matrix fame. Verbanski first appeared in the Season Five episode, "Chuck vs. the Bearded Bandit".
