The Twin Propellers Technique (双暗車の術, Sōansha no Jutsu) is a crowd-control technique which is very simple in its execution. As it is known, dual palm strikes are impeccable at subduing a single enemy, with the force distribution going across the body and completely incapacitating them should the user be successful with their execution. Applying this concept, Mukūrō uses his sword sheath as a means to broaden the range of a palm strike's execution through a transference of force. This, combined with the man's Chakra Pulsing Technique enables him to quite literally blow away scores of enemies effortlessly.
