Kamir is a Paladin of Helm. He can be found in Athkatla Graveyard mourning for his son Stefan. Kamir is in the north-west part of the map every day between 06:30 - 09:30 and 12:30 - 15:30. Kamir will agree to take care of Risa once the player has spoken to Arenthis in the same map.
