Wonder Woman is a 2014 American superhero film based on the DC Comics character of the same name. It introduces Wonder Woman to the DC Movie Universe and stars Michelle Monaghan as Princess Diana of Themyscira, an Amazone warrior tasked with escorting pilot Steve Trevor, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt, back to America, along with Famke Janssen as Hipolyta, Diana's mother and Queen of the Amazons and Eric Roberts as Ares, the film's antagonist. Director Roger Spottiswoode helmed Wonder Woman and Marco Beltrami composed the score.
