The Technicolour Pirates are a small yet significant group of pirates who have significant influences both inside and outside the Grand line and even the New World. They are led by Leo D Charlie, also known as Psychic Charlie, and have been operating for 11 and a half years. The group now consists of Nine Members, Charlie, Takeshi Watanabe (Druken Takeshi), Bella Sparrow (Run Away Bella), King Cooker (The Big Butcher), Palmer Allwright (The World Beater), Hiro Ramirez (The Celestial Slayer), Renny Lynch (The Gremlin Kid), Jin Nabe (Flagship Jin), Colm Crawford (The Thespian) and Hikari Aoki (The Oak Swordsman). They have been through many adventures across the whole span of the world and they claim to be one of the few pirate groups that are not in search of the One Piece.
