The Boiler room was a room in Raccoon city's hotel 'Apple Inn', it is also a playable area in Resident evil Outbreak's level 'Hellfire'. In the cutscene it shows two fire fighters investigating the area and both begin killed when the boiler exploded setting fire to the whole hotel leaving all visitors and characters trapped inside the burning building with zombies and lickers.
