The Bonde family used to run a farm in the Wilderness. They were, however, all murdered brutally in the Bonde Farm Massacre. They did not pass on to the Grim Underworld, and instead remained trapped in the Spirit Realm, where their souls were fed on by the Spirit Beast until freed from its grip in 169 of the Fifth Age, many years after the massacre.
