The Time Twisters are made up of Tony Twister and Professor Millenium. The Time Twisters are mysterious, shadowy group. No one is sure how they created the technology to travel through time; the most believe theory is that they stole technology from the Time Cruisers. The Time Twisters use their machines to travel through time and space to steal artifacts as either prizes or to make money. Both the Twisters and Cruisers combined time travel interferred with the flow of the Time Stream, creating odd phenomenon throughout the universe, primarily on Earth.
