Not Bright Donald is a parody on Dumb Donald and a member of the Junkyard Pals. He is an impotent, asexual kid who spends his time with his junkyard pals in the junkyard, where they spend their time constantly circling up and masturbating. Not Bright Donald is always wearing a hat over his face which is revealed to actually be part of his body. He appeared in the episode Toot Goes Bollywood where he was accused of molesting Foxxy Love as a child and later killed for it.
