The Shield of Speed is one of the non-mailable Shield Items used in Rank 8 for creating various House of Gauntlets Modules. The Blueprint can be obtained from Miokoko's Trade Module for one Purple LEGO Brick. This shield, along with the Shield of Endurance, is not used to build the "Tower of Many Shields Masterpiece".
