The wheelman debuted in Silent Hill: Downpour and is the penultimate boss in the game. He is the incarnation of the memory of Frank Coleridge and will be stalking Murphy Pendleton along all Silent Hill. He is responsible for the wheelchairs found throughout the town and represents Murphy's feeling of guilt.
