Captain Entineel is the deceased captain of the Jesse Belle. He presumably misread his compass resulting in his death on Dead Man's Rock (which according to Mr. Moseby was once called "Rock"). He was to propose to his love Jesse who he named his ship after. His ghost still haunts his boat on the coast of New Orleans. He makes contact with Zack Martin on the S.S. Tipton. Eventually, Zack gets Cody and Woody to help in a Ghostbuster parody. Zack later communicates with Entineel who is looking for his compass.
