Codruese was the official language of Munto Codru. Codruese was spoken by the native Codru-Ji species. The younger Codru-Ji, under the shape of Wyrwulves, could not speak this language, but they could understand it. Codruese used snarls, whines and throaty barks, as well as some other canine noises, making it more suitable to the dog-like Wyrwulf than to Human-looking Codru-Ji. Codruese also had a complex lexicon and many idioms, making it a difficult language.
