Planet Jetstream is a Frieza-controlled planet, where Burter (a.k.a the Blue Hurricane), of the Ginyu Force is from. His father King Brute is also from this planet, which specializes in speed. This was a planet used as a hideout by the rogue Saiyan Prince Vegeta, after he turned into a Super Saiyan and was exiled from Planet Bardock.
