Olive Oyl asks Popeye how the mirror was broken. He tells her that Swee'Pea was wondering what was inside the mirror, so the baby, along with Eugene the Jeep, followed the cuckoo bird's advice and walked through it. He fell into a hole and found himself in a small house, where he ate some pills and grew very tall. Then he ate a different pill and returned to normal size. Swee'Pea drank milk that made him larger, then smaller. Outside, he found a garden where Queen Sea Hag and King Brutus were playing croquet, using Jeeps for balls and vultures for mallets. Swee'Pea and the Jeep encountered talking golf flags. Brutus and the Sea Hag tied up Eugene and used his nose as a golf ball.
