Issei (一成 Issei): Issei is a young man who resembles Issē Miura, who is vying for the hand of Oyuki, much like his present counterpart. Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O: Final Countdown Issei was portrayed by Ryo Ueno (上野 亮 Ueno Ryō), who also played Issē.
