A Grant in Organization was an act under Grayson law that had to be passed by the Chamber in order to create a new steading. Honor Harrington's Grant for the creation of Harrington Steading was passed in late 1903 PD, in response to her saving Grayson from an attack by the enemy Navy of Masada. (HH2)
