Harvor Island is located in Eastern Libaterra beyond the Tronin Desert and has belonged to the Sultanate of Karaganda since the Cataclysm. The Harvor Desert covers the entirety of the island, so the island and the desert are collectively referred to as Harvor which has traditionally been ruled by the Sheikha of Yunefas from the local Sarquil tribe. During the Yamatian Invasion, the Yamatians built the town of Dosha on the island to subjugate the local Sarquil and use the island as a staging point for their invasion of the Tronin Desert which ultimately failed. After the sultanate grew and added the island under its protection, the remaining Yamatian families were allowed to stay on the island in exchange of providing their services to the sultanate and the rulers of Yunefas when needed.
