Dourshe was a male Dronos Tetrarch. He was the only Tetrarch to rule during the Great Liberation without being one of the last four Tetrarchs, due to his death at the Battle of Vall`to. A lawyer from the Dronos homeworld of Telacia, Dourshe had done undergraduate study at the Grand Academy of Arts and Letters, and began work in the Tetrarchy bureaucracy immediately after receiving his law degree. He defended the Tetrarchy in numerous civil suits on member worlds, and developed a reputation for possessing a fine understanding of the subtlest nuances and technicalities of law. After a decade of service, his competitors for position engineered his transfer to relatively insignificant Rubutu in the Xoquon sector, where he was appointed a magistrate.
