Rawth Razan was the eldest brother of the Razan family; he was the brother of Maguda and Ligran Razan, the uncle of Ruzlina Razan; and the great-uncle of Adamo Bregon. Rawth attended the Veron fair to spy on Comte Vincente Bregon. He was fairly subservient to his sister Maguda. Rawth was presumably killed in a snow avalanche caused by the gunfire of Ben, Karay, Dominic, and Arnela.
