Thalmor Robes are a set of enchanted clothing typically worn by Thalmor Justiciars and Wizards, agents of the Aldmeri Dominion, the Thalmor. In the inventory menu, Thalmor Robes are visually identical to the Hooded Thalmor Robes and have the same effect. Viewed in third person while being worn, the only difference is there is no hood added to the former. Only the robes contain an enchantment, allowing them to be customised further to suite anyones personal tastes. This is especially useful if the Extra Effect perk is unlocked, from the skill tree.
