The RG950QMZ features a basswood body with a quilted maple top bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with offset dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio IBZ pickups mounted in a white pearloid pickguard and an Edge Zero II double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut. The RG950QMZL is a left-handed version. The RG950QMZ was discontinued after 2014. The RG950WFMZ is a similar model with a flame maple top, wenge fretboard and black pickguard which was introduced for 2017.
