Matthew Guinness (born 6 June 1940, London) is an English actor. He plays The Farmer in the 1976 film Nuts in May, appears in Ridley Scott's The Duellists (1977) and had a small role in 1987's Lady Jane. He has also worked extensively in theatre. Guinness is the son of the famous actor Sir Alec Guinness and Merula Salaman. He has been married twice, with a daughter from each marriage-actress Sally Guinness from his first marriage and Bethany from his second marriage.
