Connolly was an Irish witch who played as a Beater for the Irish National Quidditch team during the 1994 Quidditch World Cup. The Broomstick he rode was a Firebolt which had been ordered from Quality Quidditch Supplies. He was helping support Aidan Lynch when being presented with the Cup in the top box.
