Professor Solberger (ゾルベゲール博士 Zorubegēru Hakase) was a notorious scientist who developed a fatal laughing gas for the Nazi regime, for which he was executed thirty years ago. Dogma stole his brain which was preserved for research purposes and transfered his consciousness into a new body so he could work for them. However, he was killed once and for all by General Megarl after failing to take over Dogma for himself.
