Groovy Smoothie is a popular smoothie store that Carly, Sam, and Freddie and many other characters regularly stop by. Although mentioned often in the first season, the characters are never actually shown in the Groovy Smoothie until the second season. It is a parody of Jamba Juice. According to iWanna Stay With Spencer and iAm Your Biggest Fan, it is located across the street from Bushwell Plaza, Freddie and Carly's apartment building in Seattle. In iGot a Hot Room, Carly gets a job there, while Spencer and friends re-build her room.
