Bonnecaze (played by Malcolm Stewart) was a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who was based in Norfolk. In 1996, he was assigned to investigate Walter Skinner's ability to continue as Assistant Director, after he was implicated in the murder of Carina Sayles. (TXF: "Avatar")
