Flat as a board with a long nose, Kayilina is a night elf with a scrawny body that lacks any real muscle definition or curves. Like most of her race, she is much taller than the average human. While her hair is various shades of greens, the roots are a vibrant shade of teal, which match the markings that run down her face. It is painfully obvious that her hair has been dyed several times to achieve the green it is.
