Garrison Quartermasters are NPC that live in garrisons and were introduced with Warlords of Draenor. On the expansion release they were only quest givers, but became vendors selling items for ‌ File:Inv garrison resource.png [Garrison Resources] starting with Patch 6.1. They can usually be found near the [Garrison Cache] or the entrance to the Town Hall.
