Tremaine is an ex-boyfriend and client of Kiki Jenkins mentioned in Grand Theft Auto IV. She speaks about him during dates and when Niko Bellic drives her to the Cluckin' Bell, claiming that Tremaine had a habit of taking her to Cluckin' Bell. Tremaine was convicted for triple homicide on a mother and her children, but Kiki claims that he is very spiritual person, almost Buddhist, and would have never killed them. She also compares him with Niko, as they both men of peace, as she suggests. His appeal was rejected by court, which angered Kiki.
