Sky Watcher is a small robot, modelled after a mantis who sits at the top of a tall tower in the Court and watches the sky, recording meteorological data (temperature, humidity, radiation etc.) Sky Watcher has only appeared in Chapter 25: Sky Watcher and the Angel, which he narrates. After being inspired by Robot and visiting Kat and the Robot Tomb, Sky Watcher brings the Robot King to the Tomb. At the end of the chapter he says he will look to the skies for angels as well as what he already meassures.
