The Cosseli Board of Development is the entity in charge of all city planning and future building projects within the city of Cosseli. The board is technically part of the Cosseli Metropolitan Authority, but wields enough power that it effectively is it's own entity. All commerical building projects must be approved by the Board, as well as residental projects whose cost exceeds two million ALs. The board also oversees where municiple money will go in terms of beautification and ease of travel.
