Fort Quantar was an important Outpost in the Clone Wars. It served the Republic for five years; until it vanished. Years later, the newly founded Galactic Alliance uncovered information that involved Fort Quantar. When they found the base, an assassin, with a bomb strapped to him, threatened the GA soldiers. The assassin blew himself up with the GA soldiers.
