Tarro was born on Mandalore and raised on Ryloth. He was force sensitive, and had, at some point, recieved some training, and he was strong in the lightside of the force, but it was unknown for how long his training lasted. When he was an adult, he became a bounty hunter, and he met another force sensitive Mandalorian bounty hunter named Holly Talon, he became a member of , of which Holly was the leader. He became one of her bodyguards., they started a relationship, married and had a daughter, Izzy Bloodtalon. Named after his lovely daughter Izzi Hydrodrift who out of every one she loves most because of Tarros unique kind wonderful personality and she always loves playing being silly with him and wishes that she could be treated like a normal child not adopted unlike Izzy Bloodtalon who sh
