When activated and in combat, this prayer will lower the damage of your opponent's melee attacks by 3%, increasing to 9% over time. This is lessened to 2% to 6% in PvP. For players with a lower prayer level this curse is useful in both PvP and PvM to lower a melee using enemy's stats considerably, however this comes at the cost of prayer points.
