[Source] A Cyberscanner arm was a class of cybernetic arms. Going far beyond simply replacing a lost limb, a cyberscanner arm incorporated a basic scanner for medium range detection, and displayed data via a holoprojector that appeared above the user's open palm. A typical cyberscanner arm was capable of detecting and displaying motion, life-forms, energy signatures, and other common targets as desired. One notable model was the ScanMaster Arm, manufactured by Neuro-Saav Corporation and Fabritech.
