The Tuk Om empire was a criminal empire founded by Kobb'tuk Om. Its leaders were the family of Kobb, and were therefore all Kajain'sa'Nikto. The empire was based on the planet Haengseong, and was proprietor of several factories and holiday resorts for criminals and crimelords. They built Eup city, the capital of their planet, and became a major organization. Just before the start of the Clone Wars, it was allied with the Republic, but soon switched to the Confederacy of Independent Systems when offered a deal producing battle droids. During the Galactic Civil War, they allied with the empire and began producing TIE fighters. When discovered by the Droid Confederacy, they allied with them as they were old friends from the days of the Confederacy.
