Stand-Off Between the NCIS Team and Gregg Norvell is an incident that occurred in November 2009 and which saw the NCIS team engaging in a stand-off against Gregg Novell. Despite Gibbs ordering Novell to surrender, Novell arrogantly refused to do so and was subsequently shot dead by NCIS Probationary Agent Ziva David seconds later.
