The Spikey Turtle is a special agent. It is a turtle with spikes on it's shell, and when placed, will walk down the path, and any bloons traveling over it's shell will be popped by 1 layer. Ceramic Bloons take 2 damage, and M.O.A.B. Class Bloons take 5 damage. It costs $90 Monkey Money.
