Thomas Edward "Tom" Bodett (born February 23, 1955) is an author and spokesperson best known for his contributions to NPR and being the spokesman for Motel 6. On Animaniacs, Bodett served as the announcer for the "Mime Time" and "Good Idea, Bad Idea" segments. He later voiced himself in the Pinky and the Brain three-part "Brainwashed" episode and was also the narrator for Wakko's Wish.
