Hirutani is a character in the Toei Yu-Gi-Oh! anime. He is the series incarnation of Hirutani from the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. His appearance in the anime was an amalgamation of his two manga appearances. Hirutani is the leader of a gang of teenage extortionists that wield super-powered yo-yos. Hirutani tried to force Katsuya Jonouchi into joining his gang.
