John Turner (1877 – 16 January 1911) was an acromegalic giant, who's extreme growth started at the age of 12. At the time of his death, he weighed 343 pounds and with his extremely long arms he could stretch to 8 feet 11 inches. His hands were said to be 16 inches long. He hailed from Washington D.C.
