The Lalairu are a neutral trading collective made up of many different species. They can be found almost anywhere in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants, but seem to frequent the rimward regions. The Lalairu are very open to discourse with outsiders, if the outsider can manage to understand the very erratic Lalairu speech patterns.
